Why drink beer?

It is a simple question without an easy answer. I love beer. In fact I am a beer Geek. I seek out beer. I read about beer. I share my love of beer with anyone who will drink with me.

Beer is not my life. I like music, hiking, reading, spending time with loved ones, log fires, architecture, photography to name a few. But my love of beer has been with me for almost 20 years.

Recently I have begun to share my passion about beer by having beer tasting nights with my friends. Each month we get together and taste 6 beers. It has been a lot of fun and has opened up peoples mind to what beer can be.

So this blog is a continuation of that. It is at an early stage and will undoubtedly go through a lot of changes over the coming months. But hopefully it will grow in to something that others will enjoy.
